Born and raised in NJ, this picture reaches deep for me. There is something so stark and unreal about this. Instant v/f!!

LF Excellent composition in this documentary photo. The black and white is perfect for this image. The detail helps to tell the story very well.

Wow Kellice, this is fabulous in black and white. The buildings look so sad and forlorn. f/l
Kellice Swaggerty replied:
Thanks so much, Karen! :) I believe the buildings probably were demolished quite a long time ago.

I am wondering Kellice are these building still standing? Where are they located in Sandy Hook? Message me and let me know. I love old building and this is a great shot and treatment! L/F
Kellice Swaggerty replied:
Thank you Annie! I'm sorry I'm so late responding. I took this quite a few years ago. But I'll check Google Earth to see if these buildings are still standing, and will let you know the status. :)

Hi Kellice, I was in Sandy Hook in '97. :)
Kellice Swaggerty replied:
Your visit to Sandy Hook was actually more recent than mine. I imagine these abandoned units probably disappeared along time ago.
